Yes. Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email [email protected] with your order reference and we will send a return label. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived faulty.

Each product page lists the back length and fit notes, and the Materials and Care page has a chest and waist chart in inches. Outerwear runs true to size with room for a sweater. If you are between sizes and plan to layer, go up.

Once a year for a jacket worn most days in wet weather, less for a cap or tote. The sign is when rain stops beading on the shoulders and starts soaking in. One Wax Dressing Tin covers a full jacket.

By bank transfer against an emailed invoice. Place the order, and within one business day we email an invoice with the bank details; your order ships once the transfer has cleared.
